Requirements/Skills :
** This candidate needs to have at least 6 years of experience in hands on Dotnet/Mobile development, with the following technologies
** ASP.NET 2.0/4.0, ASP.NET AJAX, JavaScript
** Windows Communication Framework, Web Services
** Mobile environment or development experience
** C# 3.5/4.0, LINQ
** JUnit, Test Driven Development
** Design Patterns, High/Low Level Architecture Design
** Agile Development Methodology
** SQL Server 2005/2008, SQL Server Reporting Services
** Good to have - ASP.NET MVC, JQUERY Mobile, Sales force Integration
** Very good communication skills and client facing experience
** Should be able to Requirement & Impact Analysis, give Estimates. Prepare wireframe or Mock-up, Able to present to Client

Must Have Skills : Core Java,J2ee, Web2.0, HTML5, Java Script (Advanced), UI Design Patterns, Spring, Struts, JBoss, Weblogic, Websphere, Design Patterns, UML, Performance tuning Java Apps.
Preferred Skills : Retail domain, Enterprise Architect EA, Messaging systems, Cloud computing, JBPM, DRools (related technologies if any).
Job Description :
** Develop and execute a solution strategy and business plan that support product growth
** Shape, design, and plan specific service lines in product area
** Act as visionary and strategist for solution product area
** Provide expertise to identify and translate system requirements into software design documentation
** Work with technical writers to ensure quality internal and external client-oriented documentation
** Speak at trade conferences and seek authorship opportunities in trade publications
** Help business development life cycle by serving as a product SME to help identify and qualify business development opportunities
** Manage sales and marketing activities for the service offering
** With Channel Development team, develop and maintain vendor relationships within the product
** Assists staffing coordinators who define project team requirements for projects in solution area
** Work with Director of Delivery Services to establish professional development needs for practitioners in solution area
** Mentor and guide more junior technical resources
