Position : Health Safety and Environment Head
Location : New Delhi
PURPOSE OF POSITION : To train, develop and grow safety and environment portfolio of Training.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES :
** Delivery of Training course.
** Designing of Training course material.
** Evaluation of delegates.
** Business development through product promotion with the help of Sales and Operation Team on All India Basis.
** Work in accordance with Training strategy and marketing plan

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS :
** Meet the training budget
** Achieve profit margin of 40%
** Increase the product base with at least 4 new training course every year

DIMENSIONS :
MAIN WORKING RELATIONSHIP :
** Internal :
** Interact with Director – Sales, Marketing and Operations.
** Interact with Sales and Marketing Managers and Operations Managers, business heads of the Regions.
** Liaise with Global Training developer and marketing responsible
** External :
** Interact with external tutors, BSI Associates, current clients, potential clients, related government department, Associates, industry forums etc.

** Sound organisational skills
** Proven people skills and results orientation
** Sound interpersonal skills.
** Excellent communication skills both verbal and in writing and able to demonstrate effective communication techniques in working with them.
** Ability to work on own initiative and with groups
** Ability to manage projects and achieve deadlines
** Proven written and presentation skills
** Strong customer service ethic.
** Strong team player with the ability to work cross functional areas to achieve results.
** Willingness to challenge existing ways of doing things combined with an ability to understand the constraints.
