Eligibility qualification & experience :
1. Professor other than Architecture, Law and Humanities & Social Sciences : An eminent scholar with published work of high quality, actively engaged in research with Ph.D degree and First Class Master’s/Bachelor’s Degree in relevant discipline; 10 years of experience in Teaching/Industry/Research out of which three years at the level of Associate Professor or equivalent.
Professor for Architecture : First class Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, and Master’s Degree in Architecture OR Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture and First Class Master’s Degree in Architecture OR Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture; and Ph.D. in Architecture (Desirable – Ph.D. in Architecture or published work in refereed journals OR significant professional work which can be considered equivalent to Ph.D.).
Working Experience : (Excluding time period for acquisition of PG/ Ph.D. qualifications) Thirteen years teaching experience out of which five years of teaching experience as Associate Professor. (Relaxation of upto three years in teaching experience may be given to candidates having Ph.D. or equivalent)
Experience for candidates from practice : Thirteen years experience in practice/ research; Desirable-Five years teaching experience as visiting teacher.
Professor for Law & Humanities & Social Sciences : An eminent scholar with published work of high quality, actively engaged in research with Ph.D. degree with 55% at Master’s Degree in relevant discipline; and 10 years of experience in Teaching/ Industry/ Research out of which three years at the level of Associate Professor or equivalent.

2. Associate Professor other than Architecture, Law and Humanities & Social Sciences : Ph.D Degree with First Class Master’s/Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline with eight years of experience of Teaching/ Industry/ Research out of which three years should be at the level of Assistant Professor or equivalent excluding the period exclusively spent for obtaining the Research Degree is required. The candidates should have also made some mark in the areas of scholarship as evidenced by quality publication, contribution to educational innovation, design or new courses curricula.
Associate Professor for Architecture : First Class Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture; AND Master’s Degree in Architecture OR Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture; AND First Class Master’s Degree in Architecture OR Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture; AND Ph.D. in Architecture.
Working Experience : (Excluding time period for acquisition of PG/ Ph.D. qualifications) – Eight year teaching experience.
Experience for candidates from practice : Eight year experience in practice/ research. Desirable: three years teaching experience as Visiting teacher.
Associate Professor for Law and Humanities & Social Sciences : Ph.D. Degree with 55% at Master’s Degree in relevant discipline with eight years of experience of Teaching/ Industry/ Research out of which three years should be at the level of Assistant Professor or equivalent excluding the period exclusively spent for obtaining the Research Degree is required. The candidates should have also made some mark in the areas of scholarship as evidenced by quality publication, contribution to educational innovation, design or new course curricula.

3. Assistant Professor in the disciplines of Law, Humanities and Social Sciences : Good Academic record with a first class at Master’s degree level or an equivalent grade in the relevant discipline from an Indian University or an equivalent degree from a foreign University. Regarding NET, UGC guidelines shall be followed wherever applicable from time to time.
Assistant Professor (Other than disciplines of Law, Humanities and Social Sciences and Architecture) : Master’s Degree with a first class or a equivalent grade in relevant discipline. For the Candidates not having qualification of M. Tech./MBA, a Doctoral Degree is a must for the post of Assistant Professor. Regarding NET, UGC guidelines shall be followed wherever applicable from time to time.

Qualifications :
1. ASSISTANT REGISTRAR(S) :

5. JUNIOR ASSISTANT:
(a) Sr. Secondary School Certificate (10+2) with at least 55% marks or equivalent from a recognized Board/ University/ Institution OR Three years Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized University with 55% marks.
(b) Data Entry Speed of 8000 key depressions per hour in English on computers.

6. SENIOR TECHNICAL ASSISTANT:
(a) MCA/ M.Sc./ Bachelor of Engineering with a minimum of 55% marks from a recognized University or equivalent with atleast three years of experience in the related field in PB-2 of Rs.9,300-34,800 with GP of Rs.4,200/- or in an equivalent status having total comparable emoluments in a University/ Govt. department/ autonomous body / public sector undertaking/ recognized educational institution; OR
BCA/ B.Sc./ Diploma in Engg. with 55% marks, from a recognized University/ Board or equivalent with atleast five years of experience in the related field in PB-2 of Rs.9,300- 34,800 with GP of Rs.4,200/- in a University/ Govt. department/ autonomous body/ public sector undertaking/ recognized educational institution.
(b) Certificate/Diploma in computer applications of at least six months duration from a reputed institution.

7. LABORATORY ASSISTANT-I:
(A) BCA/B.Sc./Diploma in Engineering with at least 55% marks from a recognized Univ ersity/ Boardor equivalent. OR
