Responsibilities :
• Understand the client requirements from the storyboard submitted by Sales and coordinate accordingly to refine the
storyboard
• Deliver effective design solutions
• Have a thorough understanding of the product features
• Preparation of Budgetary Proposals
• To qualify themselves technically by frequently obtaining certification programs through company-prescribed on site
learning/workshops
• Should be able to generate schematic diagrams, single line diagrams, wiring diagrams, control and power layouts using
AutoCAD

Experience :
• Minimum 4-5 years overall
• Design experience in Electronic Security and/or Home Automation background mandatory
• Electrical/Electronic Automation (e.g., Lighting, Curtain)

• C, C++ programming knowledge mandatory

Position : Project Site Engineer
Responsibilities :
• Responsible for complete technical and commercial control of projects allocated
• Should have experience to undertake work from preparation to project completion, and handover to the client

• 3-4 years of experience in installation of security solutions for residential, commercial and high-rise buildings

Position : Marketing & Sales Admin
Responsibilities :
• Sales systems (sales, collection o/s data, sales reports & MIS), reports compiling and monitoring
• Data bank of all customers (enquiries, prospects, customer tracking up-to-date transactions, AMCs, etc./premium club
members)
• Competition news tracking
• Complaints, warranties, AMCs, CMS services – admin monitoring
• Appointments and follow up with clients
• Coordination with advertising agency
Qualification :
• Office administration background (from reputed company)
• Graduates
• Age profile 27-30
Experience :
• 4-8 years experience
• Junior level management

Position :Customer Care Executive
Responsibilities :
• Posses strong communication and interpersonal skills and self-motivated with pleasant personality

Position : Sales & Marketing Head
Responsibilities :
• Thorough understanding of the business template
• Work methodology covers aspects of business development calls (with design team) in progressive stages; WIP calls with
tech team
• Completed projects follow up, design co-ordination work
• MIS reports/progress indicator weekly reports must be reviewed thoroughly with the team and vetted for best results

The profile can be summed up in two broad stages :
Stage 1 – Development work alone will build the foundation to results. Therefore, the focus will be on :
• Leads gathered, validated and qualified to enter the funnel
• Visits to PMCs and architects and updating database regularly
• Meet monthly walkthrough targets
• Schedule regular visits to the zone
• Focus on database building of Architects/PMCs/Interior Designers/HNIs (in co-ordination with marketing/event management
shows)
Stage 2 – Operations/conversions is the result of the above and a natural corollary to development work.
• Move 'Draft' to 'Final' within three months
• Convert 'Final' to 'Win' within one month
• WIP collections and progressive billing to be done
• Collections to be made against completed projects
