Roles & Responsibilities :
1. Maintaining books of accounts
2. Create the Service Tax/TDS/PT Challan & file the returns in a timely manner
3. Ensure compliance of standard practices
4. Co-ordinate with branches on all accounts, payments, receipts and finance related matters
5. Finalization of books of accounts (Schedules, Profit and loss account and Balance sheet etc.)
6. Preparation of overall MIS with respect to Creditors, Security deposits etc.
7. Liaison with Head office and banks for acquisition of funds and validating reports for the same
8. Preparation of presentations quarterly and annual reviews
9. Validation and authorization of vouchers
10. Ensuring compliance with internal & external auditors
11. Assisting in budget making and review
