RIA Team Leads - Adobe Flash Platform (5+ Years)

1. Application using Flex 3 or 4/4.5 with any backend technology like Java,PHP or Ruby On Rails
2. Strong OOPS and design patterns skills.
3. Worked with Parsley, pureMVC or Cairngorm
4. Exposure to BlazeDS, WebORB or LCDS.
5. Strong software developing expertise including designing/modeling
6. Media and Video streaming using streaming servers is a plus
7. Ability to work as an individual contributor end-to-end
8. Can lead a team to a successful delivery
9. Can co-ordinate with clients on a daily basis
10. Adobe Certification is an added advantage but not mandatory

RIA Team Leads - HTML 5 (5+ Years)
Position Id: RTL_HTM
1. Application using HTML 5, CSS, Ajax, XML, SOAP with any backend technology like Java,PHP or Ruby On Rails
2. Strong software developing expertise including designing/modeling
3. Familiarity with Cross browser compatibility
4. Worked extensively with at least one Javascript framework eg. Secha extJs, jQuery, dojo
