Chief Engineer
B.E (Civil). The candidates should have worked in the similar capacity with 17/20 years of experience. Candidates with exposure to High Rise/ multistoried buildings and ISO will be given preference.

Asst./ Draftsman :
Draftsman- Civil Draftsman from ITI with 03-07 years of experience.

Purchase Engineer :
Civil Engineers who have experience in the similar capacity. Min. 05 years experience or any other candidate who have worked in the same capacity for more than 07 years.

Purchase Asst :
B.A/ B.Com with 02- 05 years experience.

Legal :
Advocate :
LLB, min. 05 years experience with a sound knowledge of drafting/ documentation deed.

Asst/ Record Keeper :
B.A/ B.Com. With a good knowledge of book keeping.

Comp. opr(with Marathi) :
B.A/B.Com. With a good knowledge of typing in Marathi, Hindi & English. Candidates who have experience of working with builders / Advocates will have added advantage.

HR/Admin. Executive :
HR/Admin. Executive- B.A / B.Com. Who have worked in the similar capacity for more than 05 years.

Liaison/Agreement :
Manager-Admin :
A graduate / post graduate (MBA) with 6-10 years experience in recruitment, selection, training, general administration, payroll, contract labour, liasoning with govt. & local authorities, compliance under various acts & rules.

Project Managers :
BE - Civil, with a minimum experience of 8-12 years in a reputed construction company. Should possess the necessary knowledge and leadership qualities to construct multi-storied Residential-Commercial complexes. Experience in project management and site coordination will be an added advantage.

Site Engineers :
BE - Civil, with a minimum experience of 5-8 years for Senior Engineer in a reputed construction company. Should possess the necessary knowledge and skill sets to construct multi-storied Residential-Commercial complexes.

Sales Executives :
Bright and young graduates preferably MBA with good communication skills and desire to learn and excel. Minimum 2-3 years experience in real estate. Freshers may also apply.

Site Supervisors :
Diploma in Civil with minimum experience of 3-5 years in a reputed construction company. Should possess the necessary knowledge and skill sets.

Accountant :
A Commerce graduate with minimum 3-5 years of experience in Accounts/Finance. Knowledge of computerized accounting packages is essential.
