Location : Kerala
Desired qualification - Diploma / B.tech in Civil with Candidate Should have minimum experience of 10 years in construction of multistoried buildings/apartments, out of which the candidate should have headed a project consistently for a period of not less than 3 years, in a single company.

Quality Engineer Civil
Location : Trivandrum & Kochi
Desired qualification - Diploma / B.tech in Civil with Candidate Should have a minimum of 5 years experience in the relevant field while holding the said post in a single company for not less than 3 years, exposure in quality testing of construction materials, proficient in deriving mix designs for various grades of concrete with available quality of materials etc

Water Proofing Supervisor
Location : Kannur & Kochi
Desired qualification - Diploma with Candidate should be worked with waterproofing agency, vendors for minimum period of 2 years and having similar experience in the above field.

Junior Engineer
Location : Bangalore / Kerala
Desired qualification - Diploma in CIVIL with min 1 year experience or BE civilfresher.Preference will be given to those who are having experience in real estate field.

Site Engineer
Location : Bangalore / Kerala
Desired qualification - BE/Diploma 2 to 3 years experience.Preference will be given to those who are having experience in real estate field.

Proejct Engineer
Location : Bangalore / Kerala
Desired qualification - BE/Diploma 5 to 7 years experience.The role of the Project Manager is to plan, execute, and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants in order to deliver projects according to plan. The Project Manager will also define the projects objectives and oversee quality control throughout its life cycle

Quality Engineer
Location : Bangalore / Kerala
Desired qualification - BE/Diploma 3 to 5 years experience.Preference will be given to those who are having experience in real estate field.

Finishing Engineer
Location : Bangalore / Kerala
Desired qualification - Candidate should be diploma with 3 to 5 years experience and should have experience of minimum two multistoried project handled during the finishing stage / completion stage.

Quantity Surveyors
Location : Bangalore / Kerala
Desired qualification - Candidate can be diploma / B.E in CIVIL with 5 to 7 years of experience in relevant field of estimation, quantity survey related jobs, rate analysis etc..

Supervisor
Location : Bangalore / Kerala
Desired qualification - Candidate can be I.T.I with 3 to 5 years experience in Real Estate
