Architect :
** Formulate and implement good aspects of planning
** Draw all plans effectively
** Carry out valuation analysis for each new project or venture
** Understand and implement the BMC rules for all open space requirements etc
** Update yourself of new designing techniques
** Train engineers on aspects of architectural design and interiors.
** Check all measurements of work done on a regular basis.
** Assist in laboratory at site and get its record updated.
** Maintain good quality of work at site.
** Coordinate and scrutiny of structural drawings, working drawings, service drawings, sales drawings, brochure drawings etc.
** Prepare all drawings/ details to be submitted to various authorities for NOC.
** Proactively plan/track various liaison necessities and services
** All record keeping (originals related to property) with authorities..
HR manager :
** Plan, develop and implement strategy for HR management and development (including recruitment and selection policy/practices, discipline, grievance, counseling, pay and conditions, contracts, training and development, succession planning, moral and motivation, culture and attitude development, performance appraisal and quality management issues)
** Able to handle all the statutory compliances
** Manage and develop direct reporting staff
** Liaise with other functional/departmental head so as to understand all necessary aspects and needs of HR development, and to ensure they are fully informed of HR objectives, purpose achievements.
** Plan for employees performance appraisal; job evaluation and development
** Plan and direct for training of employee including senior managers.
Finance Head/ Executives :
** To frame HR and administrative budgets considering both routine and strategic initiatives
** To provide guidance in the preparation of HR budget
** Ensure adherence to operating budget people
** To build and develop a high skill team to provide adequate HR support to the organization
** To provide coaching, support and leadership to the HR team and ensure adequate skills and competencies are developed in the team.
** Oversee staff deployment and drive motivation levels of the team
** Make employees aware of companies' policies.
