ARCHITECT - (JOB CODE: JD/I&E-M/CA - 001)

Qualification : B. Architecture or M. Architecture
Candidate shall have at least 8+ years experiences in designing Industrial building concepts. Typical building footprint approx 40.000 m2 and 15 storeys.
The focus of design is merely on the functionality of the architectural design rather than on the architectural expression.

Typical topics in the design are :
** Master planning and Site Development
** Implementation of Emergency routing regulations;
** Implementation of all Environmental Issues to comply with in India;
** Selection of Energy Efficient building Design and materials;
** High degree of standardization in detail design;
** Modular design Systematic;
** Preparing Bill of Quantities.
** Qualification B.Arch
** Experience includes design in Industrial Plants i.e Pharma Plant, Chemical Plant, refinery plant, etc
** The candidate shall be well familiar with local building codes with regards to all design features and building application requirements.
** Experiences with AutoCad design software are crucial and with 3- D related presentation software appreciated.
** Professional education preferable on university level.

With respect to the senior status of the candidate, Project Management skills are required and should be combined with his Architectural Design input.
