.collect the needed info for the equipments from concern department such as Mechanical, electrical and drilling and submit the RFQ to the desire vendor.
.Make the PR for the price quote for the best vendor in SAP and follow up with supply chain Management and get the PO.
. Fill the Material Master requisition for the items which don’t have Material Master Number.
.Make the AFE Form for the PR which exceed more than 25,000.00$ and get the WBS through proper approval from the upper Management in SAP.
.Make the capital expenditure and normal R&M Yearly budget report.
.create GR for the PO received on board and checks the proper certificates for equipments which need proper certificates before usage.
