What is a PULL SMS service?
The PULL SMS service allows you to request for and receive information pertaining to your SBI/ TATA Card as an SMS. All you need to do is SMS ‘KEYWORD specified for your query’ <space> <Last 4 digits of your SBI or TATA Card no.’ to the short-code 5676791.

Do I need GPRS to access the PULL SMS service?
No. You can avail this service from all mobile phones using the standard SMS service. You do not need any GPRS connection to use this service.
Can I avail this service from any mobile no.?
No. You can avail this service only from the mobile no. registered with us against your SBI/ TATA Card.

Is this service free?
For every SMS request that you send on 5676791 to fetch information on your SBI/TATA Card, you will be charged premium charges. This charge is levied by your Operator and the SMS service provider and not by SBI/ TATA Card. Please check with operator for the charge levied for this service.
I have just received my upgraded SBI Card. Can I still fetch information about my old card?
If your current SBI Card has been upgraded and a new card sent to you, all details of your old card would be migrated to your new card. You can SMS the ‘Keyword’ <space> <Last 4 digits of the new card no.> to 5676791.

Kindly send SMS of my due amount till today. My card no is 4377 4869 8459 6369. I have closed is card. Hence send immediately, that i can deposit at once. After that remove leaon upon my f/d a/c. No-32501064774 of rs.-51000/- deposited on 27.08.12 in high branch, patna high court, patna.

I am KRISHNAMURTHY A working in BSNL Bangalore, I have SBI VISA CARD number 4317575015065726 its valid up to 05/12.from 2008 ihave not used this card as i have been transfered out of state.I have informed through phone customer care service. Now i have been transferd to Bangalore and i want use this card facility, What should i do? Please reply me if not possible to renew or issuing a new card.
My name is upendra singh am working in GCPL like Adviser for Yoga class and My SBI Card number is 4377486994814000. Dear sir i payd your credit card statement money which that time. So am requesting you cut my name from your black list because i have not any fault. Your employee told me amount and i paid immediate.
I am serving in J&K and applied for SBI credit card. Cr card also recd before 20 days but not activated as the passward recd after 7 days. validity of PW is 72 hrs. I have prepaid mobile in which no message other than service msg of provider Bodafone/Airtel recd. I also linked with 39020202 with std code, they send the PW but not recd till date. what can I do for activation.
