IN- PROCESS STAMPING QUALITY :
- Sound Knowledge of stamping process panel defects root cause analyses (crack, thinning, waviness, wrinkles & scoring mark, etc.,).
- Monitoring the QA activities like Line inspection, first off inspection, patrol inspection and last off inspection.
- R&R study carried out with CMM team for inspector efficiency improving & instrument error find out.
- Continuously improving the quality of the products by eliminating the chances of the mistake(by providing mistake proof whenever required and by improving awareness among the team)
- Take care of all Chassis panels for customer requirement of quality specification (FCM, LCA, and RTB and FRONT & REAR BUMPER).
- Analyzing rework & rejection trend and initiate to take corrective & preventive action to eliminate rework /rejections with using Pareto chart & conducting DMQI & analyzing root cause for NC products.
- Ensuring and updating of visual control system & one point Lesson (Rework, Rejection, QR/CR-memo, IQR).
- Continuously reducing rejections rate by applying WHY- WHY- Analyses & Controlling Internal PPM.
- Handling Customer complaints & Taking necessary corrective & preventive actions.
- Coordinate with customer for stamping quality issues handling & corrective actions through G8D (ICA, PCA).
- Adeptly implemented 5S & 3M and Industrial Safety in the organisation.

- Checking the feasibility of the part by studying CAD (sc, cc, Datum B &C).
- Supporting customer at their builds / milestones by supplying part with the required quality level.
- Predicting the robust process & implementing the same.
- Documenting the program activity in the form of PPAP.
- Studying things gone wrong/ right in previous projects & controlling the same.
- Co-ordinate with new product development team for Tool buy off & Product characteristics analyze.
- Conducting home line trial for all new project tools before PSW sign off.

BENTELER AUTOMOTIVE : B515 PROJECTS (Chassis).
- Developing inspection reports for controlling quality and achieve benteler standard PIST level.

DOMAIN KNOWLEDGE OF WELD SHOP (BIW) QUALITY :
- Body in white panels as per process standards to be given FOI, LOI Follow up at production beginning.
- As per spot welding quality requirement of Nugget dia ,DOE , teardown testing carried out.
- Welding related issues for spike, edge spot, spot missing, burn thrown child part missing, weld failure, etc...Take care of corrective action against the defects.
Accomplishments :

o Yield improvement for input raw material and Existing layout modified for enhancing yield.
o Corner End bits (OFFAL) and Scrap utilization (OBAYA).
o Straight blank size reduction & Shaped blank nesting.

o Identify Product Family and CSM & FSM data collection.
o To be find out TIMWOOD (Muda).
o Find problems and make Kaizens as well as VA ratio calculated.

o Reduced the extra manpower for Draw oil application.
