The Current transformer used to measure current in each phase, Potential Transformer is used to measure phase to phase voltage,Zero Crossing Detector(ZCD) is used to measure zero crossing point of input phase,16*2 LCD Display is used to Display the Measured value and incoming SMS,Keypad is used to manually control the entire system and the PIC Microcontroller here used to all sensors analog output to Digital value and control the overall operation. The microcontroller sends sensed value to User through RS-232 serial port and GSM Modem.
The three phase contractor allows or stop input three phase supply to motor based on user entered value. Sensed voltage, current and temperature is within the user defined value, at that time microcontroller send on signal to three phase contractor, otherwise microcontroller give stop signal to three phase contracto
