Download Admit cards for Screening Test for 334 Posts of Medical officer( General), dated 06-02-2013

PROCEDURE DOWNLOAD YOUR ADMIT CARD FOR THE SCREENING TEST
1) Enter your Registration No.
2) Enter Candidate's First Name
3) Enter Father’s First Name
4) Enter E-mail
5) Select your Date of Birth (Date Month Year)
6) Enter Security Key
7) Click on the Next Button

REGARDING ELIGIBILITY :
1.0 All applicants have been made Provisionally eligible for writing the screening test.
2.0 Application forms of only shortlisted candidates shall be scrutinized.
3.0 While scrutinizing the Application forms, if any shortlisted candidate is found ineligible, then his/her candidature shall be rejected and the next in merit who fulfills the eligibility criteria shall be considered for interview.

REGARDING ADMIT CARDS :
1.0 It is informed that 'ONLY ONLINE ADMIT CARDS' shall be available for all the Candidates.
2.0 No Admit Cards shall be sent by post by PPSC.
3.0 There shall be No Provision of Duplicate Admit Cards.
4.0 A link will be available on PPSC website shortly in which each Candidate has to fill his/her details as specified in the link.
5.0 After filling up the required information his/her Online Admit Card's page will open up.
6.0 The candidate has to click Print Option embedded on the page displaying the Admit Card and take print out of the same.
7.0 The candidates are requested to carefully read and follow the instructions written on the Admit Card.
8.0 It is compulsory for each Candidate to bring the copy of this Online Admit Card on the day of examination.
9.0 Any failure to bring the copy of Online Admit Card shall result in barring the Candidate from appearing in the Examination.
