Note :- This issue of the Admit card only enables the candidate to take the written test and does not imply that the candidate satisfies all the requirements to be eligible for post which the individual appeared for test. The decision on the eligibility of the candidate for the selection of the post entirely rests with ONGC as per rules.

IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS :
** Admission to the test centre will be on production of this admit card only.
** In case the photograph uploaded is not visible / clear, the candidate should affix his / her recent passport size photograph in the space provided and get it attested by Gazetted Officer.
** Before appearing for the Written Test you should strictly ensure that you fulfil the eligibility criteria in all respects. If at any stage, it is found that a candidate does not satisfy the eligibility criteria or the information furnished by him/her in the application form is incorrect, his/her application, even if he / she is selected, will stand cancelled. Candidates appearing for the Written Test /Interview will do so at their own risk.
** Candidate to please hand over the question booklet and OMR answer sheet alongwith admit card to the invigilator before leaving the examination room.
** Candidate should keep a copy of admit card with him as this Admit card has to be submitted to the invigilator at the time of examination.
** No candidate will be admitted in the Examination Hall 15 minutes after the commencement of the paper and will not be allowed to leave the room till 30 minutes before the scheduled completion of the paper i.e. before 16:00 hrs.
** The admission to the test venue will be allowed from 01:30 pm . Candidates will not be allowed to leave the examination hall after distributions of the question paper till the completion of the test.
** Bring one photo identity proof (Aadhar Card/Driving license/Voter Card/Pan Card/Passport/Identity card of the company etc.) for verification purpose.
** Where the candidate has applied for more than one post, the marks obtained by the candidate will be valid for all the post.
** Candidate is required to carry with him his own blue/black ball point pen in adequate numbers.
** The test consists of General Awareness & Subject Test. General Awareness consists of 20 Objective Questions & subject consists of 100 Objective Questions. Total Test Duration 2 hours.
** Use of calculators, LOG tables, communication/electronic devices like cell phone etc. is not allowed in the examination hall. You have to make your own arrangement to keep these items out of the test centre at your own risk.
** At the test centre, you must occupy the seat allotted against your roll number atleast 15 minutes before the start of the written test, interchanging seats, creating disturbance, exchanging notes, consulting/talking to each other, seeking any help from external means etc., and any type of canvassing and suppression of facts or adopting of unfair means in the test shall debar the candidate from the selection process.

IMPORTANT NOTE :
Please ensure that your signature and invigilator’s signature are put ( in the space provided for it) on the OMR answer sheet & attendance sheet, failing which the OMR answer sheet will be treated as invalid.
