1. Provides Lead with computations, simulations, preparation of data sheets and process deliverables necessary to develop the technical proposal
2. Participate in development process options, propos best plant configuration (cost effective)
3. Checks quality and suitability of calculations, sw simulations and deliverables prepared by the team

Project Execution
1. Develops Heat&Material Balances using simulation softwares
2. Develops Process Flow diagrams to show unit operations necessary to convert feedstocks into on- specification products, in the most economical manner
3. Defines and sizes Equipment and Instrumentation to be implemented and issues relevant Process Data sheets
4. Elaborates Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs)
5. Performs hydraulic and thermal calculations on piping systems, in steady state and transient
operation
6. Defines the utilities requirements and designs the associated systems
7. Defines quantities and characteristics of effluents to be disposed to the environment
8. Ensure the preparation of Operating Manual and Test Run procedures
9. Implements contractual design philosophy
10. Checks technical quality of calculations, sw simulations and deliverables produced by junior

11. Takes part of the multidisciplinary project reviews such as P&IDs, HAZOP, 3D Model
