WALK-IN-INTERVIEW FOR CONTRACTUAL APPOINTMENT UNDER NRHM, GAJAPATI

1.Name of the post : AYUSH Doctor for MHU
No. of post : 1
Consolidated pay (per month) : Rs. 12,000/- (other allowances as applicable)
Educational Qualification :
1. Must have a B.H.M.S from a recognized university.
2. The candidate should be below 37 years of age as on 01/01/2013.
3. S/he should have passed Oriya up to M.E. Standard.
4. Should have registered in the Homeopathic council.

2.Name of the post : Staff Nure
No. of post: 14
Consolidated pay (per month) :Rs. 5,200/- (other allowances as applicable)
Educational Qualification :
1. Must have passed General Nursing & Midwifery course from any 3 Govt. Nursing Schools of 3 Medical Colleges or School of Nursing MCL Talcher/IGH Rourkel / or Govt Recognized private Institution.
2. Must have registered in the Odisha Nursing Council.
3. If Staff Nurses will be not available HW (F) with required qualification & ONC registration number will be considered as per existing vacancy.

1. Must have passed HSC examination and must have undergone the 1 ½ year training for a Multi Purpose Health Worker (Female) at the approved Government Training centers/recognized private institution.
2. Must have registered in the Odisha Nursing Council.
3. She should have passed Oriya up to M.E. Standard

4.Name of the post : ANM / Nursing Assistant for NRC
No. of post : 03
Consolidated pay (per month) :Rs. 5,200/- ANM with ONC registration number./ Rs 5000/- for Nursing Assistant
Educational Qualification :
1. Must have passed HSC examination and undergone for 1 ½ year training of Multi Purpose Health Worker (Female) in the approved Government training centers.
2. Must have registered in the Odisha Nursing Council.
3. In case of unavailability of ANM’s trained ANM’s not registered under ONC passed from private colleges will be considered as per norms of Nursing Assistant.
4. She should have passed Oriya up to M.E. Standard
