** Maintain Statistic records & prepare Daily & Monthly reports to department Head& Head office
** Ensure timely and accurate post entry submissions for all identified customs entries

** Liaise with local / overseas banks for getting/negotiating confirmation and discounting rates for LCs from various countries/banks
** Verify terms of credit, such as amount, insurance coverage, and shipping conditions to determine compliance with established standards
** Review letter of credit documents to determine compliance with international standards
** Develop and maintain a database of historical each L/C' (Import / Export)
** Follow ups Import/Export Payments and Liaise with Accounts Dept and Banks for LC issuing, amendment and collection
