A. (i) An eminent scholar with Ph.D. qualification(s) in the concerned/allied/relevant discipline and published work of high quality, actively engaged in research with evidence of published work with a minimum of 10 publications as books and/or research/policy papers.
(ii) A minimum of ten years of teaching experience in university/college, and/or experience in research at the University/National level institutions/industries, including experience of guiding candidates for research at doctoral level.
(iii) Contribution to educational innovation, design of new curricula and courses, and technology –mediated teaching learning process.
(iv) A minimum score as stipulated in the Academic Performance Indicator (API) based Performance Based Appraisal System (PBAS) requirements of 400 points.
B. An outstanding professional, with established reputation in the relevant field, who has made significant contributions to the knowledge in the concerned/allied/ relevant discipline, to be substantiated by credentials.

Pay scale : Pay Band – 3: Rs. 15600 – 39100 with Grade Pay Rs. 7600/-
i. Officer holding analogous posts on regular basis or with 5 years regular service in the scale of (Rs. 15600 – 39100 + GP 6600) from the Central/State Government, Universities and other autonomous organizations.
ii. Drawing and Disbursing Officers belonging to the Audit & Accounts Service of other similar services.

3. Name of post : Assistant Engineer (Civil)

Pay scale : 9300-34800 plus Grade Pay Rs. 4600/-
i. B.E. (Civil) or equivalent qualification recognized by AICTE in the respective field with 05 years experience as Junior Engineer or Diploma in Civil Engineer with 07 years experience as Junior Engineer.

1. Name of the post : Director, Regional Campus Manipur

Pay Band – 4: Rs. 37400 – 67000 with AGP Rs. 10000/- + other applicable allowances
Essential Qualification :
i. An eminent scholar having fifteen years of teaching experience out of which five years as an Associate Professor or having five years experience as a College Principal/Professor, having Administrative experience, Ph.D. Degree and published research papers will be essential.
ii. API of 400 is essential for the post of Director as required for a post of professor is compulsory. However, those already working on the post of Professor will be exempted from the above conditions.
iii. The Director shall retire at the age of sixty five years.

2. Name of the post : Registrar

Pay Band – 4: Rs. 37400 – 67000 with Grade Pay Rs. 10000/- + other applicable allowances
Essential Qualification :
i. A Master Degree with at least 55% of the marks or its equivalent grade of ‘B’ in the UGC seven point scale.
ii. At least 15 years of experience as Assistant Professor in the AGP of Rs. 7000/- and above or with 8 years of service in the AGP of Rs. 8000/- and above including as Associate Professor along with experience in educational administration. OR
Comparable experience in Research Establishment and/or other institutions of higher education. OR
15 years of administrative experience of which 08 years as Deputy Registrar or an equivalent post.
