1. To follow up with CHA / Freight Forwarders / Airlines / shipping line agents.
2. Maintain all Imports & Exports related documents.
3. To assess customs duties and associated taxes to be paid on imported merchandise.
4. To assure compliance with related laws and regulations.
5. Timely deposits of the Duty related document with Bank to clear the consignment on time.
6. Regular follow up with Banks transaction and others related Matters.
7. Knowledge of tariff and other import-related laws, regulations, policies, and procedures and of related administrative and judicial rulings
8. Exports related matter viz-a-viz the admissibility of exports Incentive etc.
