- 1 year experience in PANYAM CEMENT AND MINERAL INDUSTRIES LTD as an Asst. Chemist, Cementnagar, Kurnool (dist).
- 3.8 years experience in PENNA CEMENT INDUSTRIES LTD as a C.C.R Operator (Supervisor) for Kiln operation.
- 1.3 years experience in A.U.C.C. CEMENT COMPANYIN LIBYA as a C.C.R Operator for Kiln and V.R.M and Cement mills (Ball mills) at Zelitin city.

- Monitor kilns operation, operational parameters and tuning them according to kiln condition to ensure optimum production.
- Having knowledge of Raw mix desighn calculations and Flow calculations.
- Having knowledge at prepare technical specifications of Ball Mills, Air balance(flow calculations), material balance(circulating load) etc.
- Calculations of Kiln and pre-heater Radian losses and convection losses.
- Monitor operational parameters of VRM, Ball mills (Cement mills &raw mills) for smooth operation and solving of related problems by inform to the concerning maintenance departments.
- Actively participate in kiln shut down works.
- Actively participate in regular general maintenance works (Ball Mill& V R M), Grinding media segregation and regarding works, prepare record of grinding media charging details, consumption, and wear out.

- Operation of KILNS with capacity of 4200 & 5000 Tpd.
- Operation of VERTICAL ROLLER MILL(Raw mill) ATOX 40 with three Rollers having capacity of 330& 400 Tph
- Operation of UMS BALL MILLS 15.4x 4.5 having Capacities 130Tph (four mills)
- Having experience in different kinds of fuels firing systems like coal ,petcock ,oil & gas
- Responsible for maintenance of all process parameters in the production of cement.

1. Presently operating Kiln, Raw Mill, Cement Mill & Coal Mill with latest equipped state of art technology. ABB Advance 800XA (DCS Based) for fully computerised plant operation.
Also discharge the all activities of shift Incharge whenever needed in plant.
2. Supervision of kiln Brick lining, Castable work and other various works during the plant shutdown/ general maintenance.
3. I have also the operational and tunning process training experience of ABB’S expert optimizer personal assistant system [version 5.0] for kiln, cooler, raw mill and cement mill.
