It is for the information of the candidates that the written examination for the post of Public Health Nurse, Sanitary Inspector and Clinical Instructor (NINE)will be held on 12.02.2013 and 13.02.2013, as per schedule given as under:-

Venue : Dr. P.N. Chuttani Building, Research Block-B, PGI, Chandigarh.

The admit cards of the eligible candidates have been uploaded in the PGI website www.pgimer.nic.in. The candidates are, therefore, advised to enter Advertisement Number, Application Number and Date of Birth to download their admit card and general instructions. The candidates will not be allowed to enter in the examination hall without admit card.

i) Enter Advertisement No.
ii) Enter Advertisement Date (DD-Mon-YYYY)
iii) Enter your Application No.
iv) Enter your Date of Birth (DD-Mon-YYYY) e.g. If your date of birth is 01-02-1980 then please enter it as 01-Feb-1980.
v) Click on the Generate Button

INSTRUCTIONS FOR CANDIDATES :
1. The candidates are advised to affix recent passport size photograph duly attested by the Gazetted Officer on the Admit Card.

2. The candidate without admit card will not be permitted to enter the examination hall.

3. Candidates are allowed to appear in the entrance examination provisionally. The entry of the candidate in the examination hall is permitted from 9.00 AM to 9:30 AM only on the production of Roll Number slip/Admit Card issued by the Institute. The entry to the examination hall be closed at 9:30 AM sharp. Frisking of all the candidates will be carried out at the entry of the examination premises from 9:00 AM onwards by the security officials at the entry point. In addition to it, the candidates should bring his/her identity proof viz. Voter’s Card, Driving Licence etc. which can be demanded by the Invigilator staff in case of any doubt.

4. All the candidates appearing for the entrance test are instructed NOT TO BRING the mobile phones/pager/wrist watch/ring/wallets/ladies purse/ornaments (earrings, nosepin, bangles, rings etc.) or any other electronic device to the examination hall. The candidates with these devices will not be permitted to enter in the examination hall. The examination centres are not responsible for the safe custody of the belonging of the candidates and they have to make their own arrangement for their safe custody.

5. Videography/Still photography and Biometric finger print capturing will also be done during the examination and 10 minutes extra time will be given to the candidates.

6. No TA/DA will be admissible for the journeys to be performed by candidates in this examination.

7. No Inquiry/Documents will be entertained at the Examination Centre.

8. The admit card is subject to the condition that if ineligibility is detected at any stage, the candidature of the candidate will be cancelled.

9. The candidates are advised to check their particulars including the category in the Admit Card carefully. Error, if any, should be immediately reported to Recruitment Cell, PGIMER, Chandigarh.

10. Bring a blue or black ball pen for writing/making responses. Use of pencil is NOT ALLOWED.

11. Do not attempt to give or to obtain irregular assistance of any kind.

12. Do not carry any article, even envelope of Admit Card, into Examination Hall.

13. Do not mark or write anything on question paper.

14. Any attempt to remove pages from Question Booklet will be severely dealt with.

15. Copying or noting down questions is strictly prohibited.

16. Hand over the question paper and answer sheet to the Invigilator before leaving the Examination Hall.

17. Improper conduct will entail expulsion.

18. For future correspondence with this office, please quote your roll Number mentioned in Admit Card.

19. Result will be displayed on PGIMER website. within week.

20. The candidates are advised to look up PGI website regularly for further instructions, if any.
