Job Abstract :
I have been associated in this field since 32 years working in various Composite Textile Mills in Ahmedabad in Printing Department.
I have wide experience of stormac rotary M/C & Flat bed M/C & design studio and also in all style of colours on all type of fabrics.
I have printed Russian export bed sheets & pillow cover spun & spun saree, Chiffon saree 100% cotton voile, Polyster viscose, poly cotton, Acrylic fabric, Tex, roto, PV Micro, Micro, Chirag cottonLungi, etc.
I have worked with procion, pigment, Disperse, vat, acrylic i.e. cationic dyes, cotton Khadi & poly khadi, pearl rubber print. I have printed sp58 width with disperse colour in rotary & flat bed M/C. for export.
I have experience for printing of geometrical type design of garment export. I know brass printing at discharge, disperse discharge, capsule print, khadi brasso & colour brasso, etc.
I know all processes of design studio Ex. Negative preparation & checking exposing for rotary & flat bed M/C. Especially under my supervision three stormac rotary machine & eight flat bed machine erected. So I have well experienced of erection of printing M/C.In general, I have ability and experience to manage printing department. At present, I am working in the organization having three wider width Flat bed M/C & one wider width rotary M/C. We are printing 90”, 110”, & 130’ width bed sheet. We are also printing pearl & radium colour on bed sheets.
