Qualification : B.Com with Degree / Diploma in Material Management
Experience : 5 Years of relevant experience in management of stores of
Industrial Project, preferably Knowledge of ERP SAP
Job Description : -
** Responsible for overall stock management of RM & FG.
** Control of Stock valuation WRT predefined criteria laid by Management.
** Documentation control to comply norms.
** Ability to work effectively without direct supervision
** Inventory management & Stocks management & accounting
** MIS Reports & data management & documentation
** Inward entries, outward entry, material reconciliation, Maintain scrap, Inventory control, GRN Preparation, Logistics vehicle movement, material follow-up, Maintaining Minimum stock levels for critical items, Maintaining the sub contractor transaction through SAP
** Should be a self Motivator & deliver values.
** Ability to work effectively, add value as a team member
** To ensure timely submission of invoice / challan/ modvat and other related papers to concerned department.

Documentation Officer
Desired Candidate Profile :
Degree/diploma in library science/documentation with 3-5 years of experience of documentation and processes within a power plant
Candidates to have document control experience in an engineering environment within a Project Management team – preferred but not essential
Electronic file management experience preferred

1. Preparation and distribution of weekly Document Deliverables, Registration, issue & distribution of technical documentation to internal & external parties, ensuring timely turnaround of documentation,

Engage in preparing project documents and related reports, Reviews site schedules & booking records to plan & schedule work activities , Day to day uploading & downloading of correspondence, drawings, transmittals and other document Converting drawings to various file formats & uploading them as required ,
3. Preparing & sending out change orders, updating all spreadsheets, Archiving, photocopying, scanning, Setting up all document & folders for new projects/activities, receipts, compiling tonnage, & storage reports.
