Click on the ‘Know More’ button in the Loan application Home page
Scheme details, eligibility criteria and all other information relevant to the chosen product will be displayed

3. Whether I can have a copy of the application form before I apply online?
Yes. Click on the ‘Download’ button provided in the Loan application Home page. Loan specific PDF file will be opened and the same can be saved or printed

4. What are the details required for filling the application online?

5. I do not have a mobile. Whether I can apply for a loan?
Mobile is mandatory to communicate the status and progress of the loan application. You can provide a mobile number, which is accessible for you. But your password and subsequent communications will be sent through that registered mobile only

6. The space provided for Date of Birth is not allowing entering any value. How do I enter my date of birth?
There is a small icon near the Date of Birth Column. Click on that, and a calendar will open.
Select your Date of Birth from that.

7. I do not have an identity card. Whether Identity Details are mandatory to apply for online Loan?
No. Any one of the following identity details are required to apply for Online loan
Driving License
PAN Card
Passport
Voter’s ID card
Ration Card No.
Unique ID Number

8. What is MPIN?
MPIN is Mobile PIN number. It is a One Time Password for proceeding with your online application

9. What is the use of MPIN?
MPIN is used to ensure the correctness of the Mobile number provided. Once you provide your basic details like Name, Mobile No., Date of Birth and Identity details, MPIN (One Time Password) is sent to your (MPIN). The MPIN is required to proceed further with the online application.

10. I have not received the MPIN. How do I continue the application?
Normally MPIN will be sent immediately after submit button is clicked. Due to problem with network /Service provider/any other reason, if you have not received the MPIN, you can click on the ‘Regenerate’ button to Send a new MPIN Number to your mobile.
