1. Name of the post : Customer Service Representative (CSR) in Clerical Cadre
Age Limit (eligibility as on 28.02.2013) : 30 years for graduates / post graduates / double graduates
Educational Qualifications (eligibility as on 28.02.2013) : Graduate of a recognized University with minimum 45% marks and adequate knowledge of computer application.
2. Name of the post : Customer Service Officer (CSO) in the Officer Grade of the Bank.
Age Limit (eligibility as on 28.02.2013) : 32 years
Educational Qualifications (eligibility as on 28.02.2013) : Second Class Degree of a recognized University / Post Graduate / Double graduate of a recognized University with minimum 50% marks in the aforesaid examination
Application fee : Rs. 450/- (Non refundable)
i) For Candidates remitting Application Fee via bank account with SVC Bank - Application Fee can be remitted through SVC Bank (through ABB – Any Branch Banking). The candidate may also transfer the application fee through SVC Bank Net Banking Service.
ii) For Candidates remitting Application Fee via bank account with any other Bank - Application Fee can be remitted through NEFT – National Electronic Fund Transfer/ Net Banking.
Call Letters : The address of the examination centre will be mentioned in the Call Letter. Call Letters will be available on the website from March 02, 2013 to March 10, 2013.
How to Apply :
Online Application Form :
The eligible candidates have to apply online only through the Bank’s website. No other means/mode of application is acceptable.
i. Before registering their applications on the website, candidates should possess a valid email id. In case the candidate does not have a valid e-mail id, he/ she will have to create a new email id before applying online.
ii. After remitting the application fee, logon to our Bank’s website and follow the link Careers. Then click “Recruitment for the posts of CSO (Officer Grade) and CSR (Clerical Cadre) – 2013”. Then click “Apply online”. An online application will open. Fill up all the details required in the application and click “Submit” available at the bottom of the online application and the online application will be registered.
iii. A Registration Number and Password will appear on the screen. Kindly note this information for future use.
iv. Candidates are required to take a printout of the online application using the above registration number and password. The printout of application form is required to be submitted at the time of interview. Do not send the application form to the Bank.

Please tell me the recruitment process.
Candidates will have to appear for ONLINEexamination to be conducted by the Bank through IBPS. The successful candidates will be called for an interview. Subject to their being medically fit for employment, the selected candidates will be initially appointed on probation. The Bank reserves the right to reject any application without assigning any reason and no correspondence in this regard will be entertained.
