Job Description
A UK based Travel Company (TICKETSTOINDIA.CO.UK) requires organized, meticulous individuals for the post of Travel Consultants & Travel Support Executives for Inbound Calling Process.

Desired Candidate Profile
Candidate must have 1-4 years of experience in GDS (WorldSpan/Amadeus) with excellent communication skills. With Experience in CRS, selling flights, Hotels and Packages, the candidate would be responsible for attending inbound calls from the passengers, making new tours, answer to telephonic/internet queries, developing customized tour itinerary and solving customer queries.

He/She must have experience in US/UK Travel process.
--- Communication skill should be excellent.
--- Must be comfortable in working in nights (UK) shifts.
--- Must know CRS/GDS (WorldSpan/Amadeus).
--- Candidates from Travel BPO will be preferred.
