Independent charge of the entire travel functions of the organization.
- Formulate the Policies and the Process for corporate travel
- Tie up with U.K Consulate with Business Express Programme
- Immigration / Work permit processing for all major countries ( USA, UK, Europe & Middle east)
- Hands on experience in the Visas processing for all major countries, with high success rate.
- Maintain the relationship with Chamber of Commerce (American, German and Australian)
- Corporate deals with Airlines, Hotel and Guest house
- Handling Group travel, both domestic and International
- Procure Foreign Exchange at highly competitive rates
- Remote function for travel coordination with other braches in Mumbai, Bangalore and UK
- Handle Overseas Mediclaim Insurance and the claims
- Guest house bookings in India, USA, UK , Singapore and Europe
- Handle Hotel bookings, both Domestic and International
- Travel expense Claim Processing and settlement of the claims
- MIS reporting for travel management and maintain the database for passports / Visas.
Any graduation or post graduation with excellent communication skills, interpersonal and
team handling skills, Diplomo in IATA etc..
