    Know Your Claim Status :
    This facility of ONLINE CLAIM STATUS is meant for EPF Members/subscribers/pensioners who have submitted a claim in any of the EPFO offices across India. Using this facility one can track the status of a claim so submitted. The only pre-requisite is you must know your PF Account Number.

    Help :-
    ** First you will see a page having title Claim Status Information, from where you have to Select PF Office State as "DELHI".
    ** Just after select Delhi as state you will see three offices namely Delhi North, Delhi South and Laxmi Nagar.
    ** If you know the EPF Office from where your claim has to be settled, select the same from the list.
    ** On selection of office, the mandatory Region Code and Office Code will get populated automatically in the respective boxes.
    ** Enter the Establishment Code in the third box – which can be of maximum 7 digits.
    ** In case the Establishment Code has an extension / sub-code, enter the same in the forth box. It can be a digit or letter as the case may be and can be of maximum 3 characters in size. Leave this field blank, if there is no extension /sub-code to the Establishment Code.
    ** Enter your account number in the fifth box which can be of maximum 7 digits.
    ** Click on submit to get the status.

    In case of returning of cheque what is the procedure to be followed?

    Generally the cheques are returned by the bankers when the a/c number is furnished incorrect or a/c has been closed. On receipt of the cheque from the bankers the Provident Fund office will write to the member & employer about the fact & request them to intimate the bank, a/c number & detailed address.

    In case, the member comes to know about returning of the cheque before this, he can write to the Provident Fund office through his former employer regarding his present address & bank a/c number.

    My account no. is MH/23494/11. I have applied for scheme certificate, In the month of Jan 13. But, till today I have not received the scheme certificate. Please let me know status of the same.

    Can member change his nomination?

    He can change his nomination whenever he decides within the framework of rules for such nomination. In other words if he has a family, nomination should be in favour of a member(s) of the family. If he has no family he can nominate anyone he wishes.
