Job Description
Responsibilities of Business Development Managers

-Responsible for appointing Advisors/Agents to sell TATA AIG LIC policies
-Training and developing agents on an ongoing basis
-Monitoring the performance of Advisors/Agents
-Relationship management with all key customers and intermediaries to develop and expand business
-Responsible for Annual Targets, owning sales target by guiding the Agents/
Advisors towards achieving business targets, applicable based on the requirement of the target
Location of posting :ALL KERALA

Candidate should be a graduate / post graduate with 3+ years of experience.
Should have stable past career employment history.
