hi ,presently i am working in a oakwood premiere pune its a five star serviced apartment hotel ,its a u.s. based company & also i have in chain hotels like j.w. marriott ,one & only royal mirage & agian another property of marriott , i am very good in organising things on place also i am very perticular about my products like whatever the products are coming from out side i will make sure its a quqlity based products & also if not i will go personally in the market to check my products when i joined here in oakwood the food cost was 85% it was pre opening thats why after i joined after 1 & half month i bring down the cost 35 %right now there is no executive chef in the hotel so , everythingi am taking care of.
