As an Liaison and Legal Head I have to look after and draft all the Agreements, Contacts, Sale deeds, Bonds, Declarations, Indemnities, MOUs, Lease Deeds, Leave and Licenses, Tenancy Surrender Agreements, Notices, etc. also to get them registered in the office of Sub Registrar concerned by fulfilling all requisite formalities as per the rules and laws. Apart from that, I have to look after all the court matters, to comply the orders and directions of the court, to instruct and consult the lawyers of the companies panel, to instruct them for prosecuting and defending the cases or court matters before the concerning courts/forums/tribunals, to remain present before the court on behalf of company.
    Responsibilities :
    - Looking after day to day Legal affairs of the company, to apply, correspondence, and obtain the necessary permissions, approvals and no objections from the concerned authorities for the projects. To comply all necessary legal obligations and formalities on behalf of the company as per the instructions given by the authorities at the time of approvals and permission to be complied during stages of construction of the projects so that the companies should not be a part of any litigation or legal proceedings. To draft and execute necessary bonds, indemnities, undertakings etc. to be executed with contractors, engineers, labor suppliers, material suppliers etc. during construction and on completion of the projects.
    - To look after day to day affairs of the company, to check and reply the notices, letters and correspondence of the prospective buyers, individuals, authorities, lawyers, etc. To issue notices/letters for recovery, defaults, cancellation, intimation of commencement, demand, etc. to the person concerned.
    - Various compliances to the departments related to the construction and registration of documents.
    - All other internal control and checks of company.
    - Preparation of Para wise comments for different matters.
    - To finalize and draft the necessary terms and conditions of booking and selling the new projects and it’s related aspects.
