Procedure :

Redressal of Grievances :
i. All the officers dealing with PF and Pension matters have been instructed to regularly meet the members and attend to their grievances.
ii. The Commissioner himself meets members everyday at any time, when he is in the headquarter.
iii. The Organisation has organised a awareness programme namely "Mission Bishwas" at different collieries areas to create awareness among the workers to settle their refund cases in the month of the retirement of the member.
iv. A senior officer at Headquarters at Dhanbad has been designated as Grievance Officer and he regularly attends to the different kinds of grievances.

,he met to Mr NAFIZ KHAN.

Office., then SABITESH called me .

Dear Sir,
It is a pleasure that presently CMPF Office is very co-operative to the members & finalize all claims within reasonable time for which all Executives& Staff of CMPF Office are deserved appreciation for their good endeavor. Now I appeal to take care of if possible as regards to mis-match of spelling/others in the name./father's name because it is seen that the name/father's name as per Record of employer is not matched with the record of CMPF office causing problem to the member in finalization of the claim on retirement. Would you kindly take initiative by asking all Areas of ECL to submit Computerized master date of the CMPF member so that it can be crossed checked & make necessary correction in the name etc. in order to avoid delay in finalization of Refund claim.

Actuary report on availability of fund under CMPS 1998 does not permit revision of pension under CMPS 1998. Why such fund deficit in fund management? Whether MOC has taken any action for arrangement of additional fund or not? Why matter is placed in the parliament for decision if MOC is not in a position to sort out the matter? Can we expect any revision of pension if so when?
