HMDA invites the applications from the eligible candidates for the following posts on contract basis

1. Name of the post : Senior Transport Planner
No. of post : 1
Qualifications : - Degree in Civil Engineering with M.E/M.Tech/M.Plan/Post Graduate Degree in Transportation planning from a reputed University or institution
Experience : - Minimum 7 years in Urban Transportation Planning.

2. Name of the post : Transport Planner

Qualifications : - Degree in Civil Engineering with M.E/M.Tech/M.Plan/Post Graduate Degree in Transportation planning from a reputed University or institution
Experience : - Minimum 5 years in Urban Transportation Planning.

Selection procedure : The selection would be done by way of group discussion and/ or interview. Merely satisfying in eligibility norms does not entitle candidates to be called for group discussion / interview. HMDA reserves the right to call only the requisite number of candidates for the Group Discussin / Interview after preliminary screening / short listing with reference to candidate’s qualifications, experience, suitability, etc. Depending upon the number of applications, HMDA at its discretion may undertake shortlisting of candidates for group discussion and / or interview.

Recruitment of Backlog Vacancy of One S.T. Post of Asst. Plg. Officer

The HMDA invites applications from the eligible S.T. Women / Men applicants for appointment by direct recruitment (temporary)

Qualifications and stipulations :
1. Post-Graduate Degree or Diploma in Town Planning from a recognized University in India established or incorporated by or a Central Act or a Provincial Act or a State Act or an Institution recognized by the University Grants Commission. (OR)
Associate of Institute of Town Planners, India or a foreign professional institute such as Royal Town Planning Institute or American Institute of Planners.
2. Two years experience in preparation of housing schemes and Regional or and Development Schemes in Town Planning Department or in any local Planning Authority or in any Organization pertaining to Urban & Regional Planning. (OR)
A reputed Architectural and Planning Firm. (OR)
In a Research and Training Institution.
3. The appointment will be made in accordance with the instructions issued through G.O.Ms.No. 610 GAD, Dt. 30-12-1985 and applicants who have studied continuously for a period of (4) years between 4th class to 10th class in the district of Hyderabad, Ranga Reddy, Nizambad, Mahaboobnagar, Nallagonda, and Medak are advised to apply with necessary proof of the same.

Selection Process : The selection will be made based on a written test and interview.

Fee : DD for Rs. 1000/- drawn in favour of the Metropolitan Commissioner, HMDA payable at Hyderabad (issued by any scheduled bank).

The HMDA invites applications from the eligible local candidates (as per the Presidential Order, i.e., Hyderabad, Ranga Reddy, & Medak Districts) for appointment of Stenographers for (4) vacancies with the following qualifications

Qualifications :
1. Must possess Regular Degree from any recognized University.
2. Must have passed the Typewriting (Higher grade).

Experience : Experience not less than one year in any Government / Private institution will be an added qualification.

Note :
1. The period of contract will be initially for one year, which is extendable taking into the performance and the need for further extension.
2. The Metropolitan Commissioner, HMDA reserves his right for further extension.
3. In case of ambiguity arising out of the above terms & conditions, the decision of the Metropolitan Commissioner will be final and the individual is bound to comply the same.
4. The Stenographers shall attend to the work entrusted from time to time by the Secretary during the period of contract.
5. The services of the individuals are liable for termination as and when the services are not required by this Organization without any prior notice.
6. The selection will be based on the merit.
