Recruitment Executive :
is a team player who effectively builds relationships both inside and outside the organization.
will develop a wide range of business skills from customer relationship management and problem solving skills, to negotiation and closing abilities.
is responsible for sourcing candidates, interviewing, performing professional assessments, analyzing client needs and building long-term relationships on a foundation of honesty and integrity.

Strong English written and verbal communication skills (On a scale of 10 we are looking for individuals with at least a score of 9)

Experience :
This is an entry level opportunity open only to 2011 or 2012 MBA graduates who are quick learners and are excited about starting a career in Recruitment.

Strong academic background with university degree from Top Business Schools
Drive to succeed
Strong initiative and ability to think on your feet
Strong English written and verbal communication skills (On a scale of 10 we are looking for individuals with at least a score of 9)
Exceptional organizational skills

The selected candidate would need to work as per night shifts primarily supporting the US time zones.
