Applications are invited from Local candidates to fill up 2 (Two) post of Computer Operator in Information & Public Relation Department under the Sikkim State Sub ordinate Information Technology Service Recruitment Rules 2005 under the pay band-1 Rs 5200-20200 and grade pay Rs. 3000/- plus other allowances admissible under the Sikkim Government Service Rules.

Eligibility :
1. A Class X Examination passed with 3 years Diploma in Engineering (with Computer or Information Technology as one of the subjects in two semesters) or Senior Secondary (Class XII) Examination passed or equivalent from a recognized board and one Year Diploma in Computer Applications from a reputed institute alongwith “Computer Concept Certificate (CCC)” DOEACC certification.
2. Must be able to converse in one of the languages viz. Nepali, Bhutia. Lepcha or Limboo and must have the knowledge of culture and tradition of Sikkim.
How to Apply :
Application should be accompanied by attested copies of school certificate or testimonial along with Birth Certificate or Class X Certificate containing the Date of Birth of the applicant, address of candidate for communications and contact numbers. Eligible candidates will be issued a calling letter for written test.

3. AISSCE/ICSE certificate containing date of birth;
4. Valid employment card in case of unemployed candidate;
5. SSC/Certificate of Identification as the case maybe;
6. SC/ST/MBC and OBC Certificate as the case may be;
7. No objection certificate from the Secretary/head of Department in case of service candidates;
