Baroda Gujarat Gramin Bank invites applications from Indian citizens, for the post of Office Assistant (Multipurpose) from Indian citizens who have appeared at the Common Written Examination for RRBs conducted by IBPS in September 2012 and declared qualified.

Emoluments : Dearness Allowance,House Rent Allowance and City Compensatory Allowances will be payable as per the rules.
Age (As on 01-06-2012) : Between 18 years and 28 years

Probation Period : Selected candidates will be on probation for -01- (One) year which may be extended by 6 months if work /conduct of the candidate is not found satisfactory.

Educational Qualifications (as on 01-06-2012) : Degree in any discipline from a recognized University or its equivalent
Essential : Proficiency in local language i.e Gujarati Candidates are required to possess proficiency in Gujarati Language and must have passed “ Gujarati language” as one of the subjects at Matriculation/Xth Standard.

Language Proficiency : Candidates are required to possess proficiency in the Official Language of the State/UT in which RRB is located and must have passed “ local language” as one of the subjects at Matriculation/Xth Standard

Pre- Requisite Qualifications : Candidates who have been declared qualified in the RRBs-Common Written Examination conducted by IBPS in September 2012 should have obtained the prescribed scores.

Selection Procedure : Selection will be made on the basis of performance in RRBs- Common Written Examination (CWE) conducted by IBPS in September 2012 and Personal Interview. Merit list of the candidates for final selection based on Total Weighted Standard Scores (TWSS) obtained by them in CWE of IBPS and Personal Interview will be prepared in descending order under each SC/ST/OBC/UR category.

Interview Centres : The Interview will be held at Head office of the Bank at Bharuch.

Call Letters For The Interview :
i) All eligible candidates will be issued call letters at the correspondence address given by the candidates in their application form, which will be sent by post/ courier.
ii) Candidate has to affix his/her photograph on the call letter. Candidate has to bring this call letter along with original fee payment receipt and requisite enclosures while attending the Interview without which they will not be allowed to take up the Interview.

Application Fee : Challan can be downloaded from the website.
SC/ST/PWD/EXSM candidates. : Rs. 20/-
All others : Rs.100/-

Candidates are required to apply online through Bank’s website from 10-01-2013 to 24-01-2013. No other means/ mode of application will be accepted.
