Job Description
To handle the commissioning of RC (Robot controller) for Durr Painting Robots together with PLC & MMI software engineers
To give the training of RC software to the customers.Make concepts and Design/Detail Welding Jigs and Fixtures.
2. Control detailing of Design Engineers.
3. Be responsible for the quality and timely execution of your deliverables.
4. Manage time sheets and other day to day administrative requirements for your team.
5. Travel (for short or long durations) to RLE's customer locations (overseas or domestic), as and when required.
6. Domain expertise in manufacturing engineering in robotic welding fixtures

Should have C , C++,VB working/programming Knowledge
Should have the knowledge of MMI interface with OPC server
Knowledge in Profibus communication protocol
Basic knowledge of PLC s
Should have through knowledge regarding the various softwares
Should be able to run the robotic painting station
Should have the knowledge of robot functioning
Capability of trouble shooting during production
