RECRUITMENT DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITY :
Recruitment & Testing Specialists :
1. Conducting Interview / Screening of applicants.

ADMINISTRATIVE DUTIES & RESPONSIBLITIES :
1. Contract Signing for Tiger, Gain & Cares new Staffers.
a. Staffers fill-up new application forms for detailed information.
b. Properly checking of complete requirements like SSS Nos, NBI / police Clearance, Brgy. Clearance, Medical Result & Picture.
c. Typing blank contract detailed with Complete Name, Position, Company, Date Start, and Rates & Date of salary release.
d. Issues IDs
e. Issues Phil health Forms & ATM Application.
f. Orientation
a. Informs new staffers regarding their contractual status, in which they will be evaluated on their performance.
b. Staffers will be advice if they don’t meet the company standard; the Client has the right to terminate their contract.
c. Monthly Salaries are oriented properly and all Mandatory Deduction likes SSS, Phil health & Pag-ibig. Insurance & Cash bond as well as the Agency Fee’s must be properly discussed.

2. Monitoring of Records :
a. Monitoring staffers End of contract dates per client.
b. Sending Letter of Termination. Details Information is required.
c. Follow-up clients respond to the letter you already send to avoid divergence in our records.
d. Advising the HRD Department for staffers who failed to signed contract.

3. Issues Memorandum :
a. Issues memorandum to staffers who committed offenses toward their company.
b. Requesting Incident report from the client for proper detail of the incident.
c. Memorandum signed must be properly filed.

4. Issues Clearances :
a. Issues of blank clearance specify if they are end of contract or Resigned.
b. It must be monitored on logbook detailed with End of contract or Resigned information.

5. Issues Admission Letter :

a. Ask for a Medical Certificate and log in on the monitoring sheet.
b. AWOL staffers required a written explanation & issue memorandum as per advice by client.

6. Issues of Certificate of Employment :
a. The staffers request must be required a clearance.
