Responsibilities include trouble shooting and maintaining the electrical systems in the coal and ash handling plants at the power plant&port.

Job profile :-
PLC System : Siemens S7-200,S7-300,S7-400.
Allen-Bradley (Micro Logix 1500Series, SLC 500 Series & PLC 5/40C)
- ZPMC Ship Unloader Gantry type crane 2 No’s maintenance with a capacity of 52 tonnes Grab and a maximum discharge rate of 2000 T/Hr for each unloader.
- Ship loader maintainence of 2 Nos with a capacity of 4000 TPH.
- CAM Switch settings,encoder maintainence,profibus fault trouble shooting.
- Periodical Maintainence and break down maintainence of unloaders.
- Onload tap changer transformer maintainence with a capacity of 20MVA.
Load cell calibration of grab and hopper.
- Preparation of Electrical side SMP for Grab/Rope changing.
- Knowledge of SMP and SOP for Ship Unloaders.
- Hydraulic system trouble shooting in ship unloaders.
- Stacker Cum Reclaimer of Capacity 4000/2000 TPH and Stacker/Reclaimer separately with a capacity of each 4000 TPH.
- Conveyors with HT motors of each 6.6KV with Scoop type maintenance.
- Sub-station maintenance from 33 KV ,6.6KV Breakers.
- SF 6,VCB,ACB types of breakers maintenance and its trouble shooting.
- Wagon tippler Experience and truck tippler maintenance.
- Scheduled maintenance jobs, which are done to prevent malfunction.
- Unscheduled maintenance jobs, which are to fix existing malfunctions.
- Preventing maintenance jobs, which are scheduled and are done on machinery while operating.
- Supervising and inspecting maintenance jobs done by sub-ordinates.
- Preparing needed spare parts.
- Calibration & trouble shooting of various types of field and panel Instruments.
