Aim of the project :
1. Design and analysis of interface ring having different cone angles.
2. Design of various structural joints in order to arrive at different configurations of micro satellite bus.
3. Study of stiffness and strength of various configurations.
Description of project :
Interface ring with different cone angles of 10° inwards, 20° outwards, and 45° outwards are designed. Normal mode analysis is carried out for different configuration of interface ring to find the natural frequency and associated mode shapes.
Joint structures used in micro satellite, such as L-angles, wedge angles, tube joints are designed and each of them are used separately or in combinations to arrive at different configurations of micro satellite bus.

Client : - Asian Electronics.
Description : - The model was been realized due customer requirement. This is the 2-cavity family mould. Part development was done by using ProE wildfire2. In this mould there are 20 no’s angular cores to eject the component

3. Title : - HOLDING RING
Client : - Asian Electronics
Description : -The design of moulds using mold flow results. The target cycle time of all the parts to achieve was main factor during molding. Dimensional & flash correction is the major part in this. This is the 2-cavity split tool with having fixed half 2 side cores and 8nos angular cores.
4. Probe Body
Client : - Motwani Groups.
This tool contains single cavity and component has Ø105 and the length of 205mm. and having high mirror finish and ejected by the stripper plate ejection.
