Job Description
=> Candidate shall be responsible for handling entire Production activities of the factory.

=>Should have exposure into Assembly line and plastic injection moulding both.

=>Should have good exposure in Controlling & Operating all moulding Machines

=>Analyzing the Daily production cost

=>Complete responsibility of the Quality of the products from raw material testing to end product including Dispatches.

=>Manpower planning and Production planning.

=>To achieve Production Target as per the monthly production schedule.

=>Implementing production Improvement Techniques on the shop floor.

=>To manage inventory of spare & consumable items of the concerns department.

=>Introducing 5-S & Kaizen activities to improve production.

=>Would be heading the team of Quality controllers, Supervisors etc.

Responsibilities


· To look after complete Mould Maintenance and Moulding Section and performs the following jobs:-


Ø To fulfill all components requirements as per production plan & coordinate with different departments / sections to have smooth feeding of components.
Ø To monitor process parameters and make Quality inprocess checkpoints.
Ø To check all relevant records related to production and our Quality standards.
Ø To arrange and monitor all types of Maintenance works like Mechanical, Hydraulic and Electrical maintenance of all machines.
Ø To plan Trials of new moulds and materials and make improvements if required, give feed back to product design and relevant sections.
Ø To arrange spare-parts of M\Cs in advance to minimise breakdown.
Ø To perform/plan all jobs related to Mold maintenance like Gauge conversion inserts and pins replacement so that production is not interrupted.
Ø To prepare preventive maintenance schedules of all M\Cs and implement the schedule strictly.
Ø To monitor the performance of subordinates as per their job responsibilities.
Ø To coordinate between Sr.Management, subordinates and the planning department.
Ø To provide on the spot job training and to identify the training needs of subordinates and inform Personnel department.
Ø To initiate and take disciplinary action against erring subordinates and to make them realize their mistakes by issuance of advisory, warning letter and demanding written explanation.
Ø To check all costing reports,which shows the variance between cycle time,Material consumption and running impression of a particular mold
Ø To implement the Quality system and conduct internal quality audits as an internal quality auditor.
Ø To identify new vendors/party and latest technologies for upgrading and upkeeping machinery in moulding section and mould and maintenance to have trouble free production.
Ø To plan and forward new moulds and machines to fulfill increasing production targets as per future projections.
