What is the procedure for transfer of pension from one PDA to another PDA?
If a pensioner is drawing pension from one PDA and desires that his pension should be transferred to another PDA, he is simply to apply on Annexure 'C' of PSB Scheme Booklet of 1987 to his PDA from where he is getting pension, giving full particulars of the PDA i.e. the name of specific treasury, particular branch of the bank with Saving Bank Account Number etc. and the present PDA will transfer his pension accounts to desired PDA. For transfer of PDA, sanction/instructions from PCDA(P) is not required. However, while forwarding pension documents to New PDA, the present PDA will intimate month and year upto which pension has been paid to the pensioner and the month from which pension is to be commenced by the New PDA. In all such cases Pension Sanctioning Authority as well as Principal CDA(P) will be informed for updating their records.

Whether Dearness relief is admissible to a re-employed pensioner?
Yes with the following conditions:
(i) Not admissible to class A Pensioners/Officers.
(ii) Admissible to PBOR and below class 'A' Pensioners.
(iii) Admissible w.e.f. 18.07.97
(iv) Admissible only when the pay on the re-employed post has been fixed on the minimum scale of pay on which re-employed.
(v) Whole of pension has been ignored while fixing his pay.

SUB :MISSING OF PPO DE/011261 DT 09 AUG 2011 BY UNION BANK OF INDIA
BURDWAN BRANCH PAYMENT HELD UP SINCE MAR 2011
Dear Sir,
With due respect I beg to state the following few lines for your kind consideration and needful action please. I the above named Ex Army has retired on Mar 2011. My problem is PPO NO DE/011261 DT 29 AUG 2011(ORIGINAL COPY)missing by Manager Union Bank Burdwan . Which is sent through Registered dak by AOC Record's Office to Burdwan branch, Kaichar Br and also to me on Sep 2011.
Since then UBI Kaichar is unable to pay against this PPO. I several time meet Manager UBI Burdwan to search the original PPO (DE/011261 DT 29 AUG 2011) but they are unable to find out the same. I asked manager to search the Incoming Dak register, manager replied me no incoming dak register held with this bank and misbehaved with me and he introduce himself as a ex defense person warned me not to come here with such minor problem. Then I meet with Manager UBI Kaichar Br (pension drawing bank), he told me that's none of his headache Manager UBI Burdwan will responsible for that case as he has lost the original copy of PPO and he will not pay me with the duplicate PPO. I personally meet & communicate through tele several time to asking about the matter fromBurdwan and kiachar but all time they refuse me.
Then I complaint to Regional Manager Durgapur in written on 19 Dec 2012 and 28 Fe 13, (Receive copy held with me)after then 10-15 times I communicate with Regional Bank(03432543922) but no action has yet been taken, Instead of I had registered on line complain to UBI vide complaint No 3536912 dt 22 Feb 13, 3546012 23 Feb 13, E-mailed to GM UBI Debojoti Gupta on 23 Feb but no action has taken so far. At present I am suffering financial hardship and fed up with UBI service. Therefore I would request you kindly look into the matter so that I can get rid from this problem and claim my loss with Govt approved rate of interest, thanking you sir. I will be very grateful to you for the act of kindness. Thanking you sir.

One of the pensioner working for Govt. Organization has not given his life certificate since three years and the pension amount is not credited. We were in process to submit the same but in the span of time the member expired now what is the procedure to claim his pension which is pending from last three years? Please help.

Family Pension stopped
My wife was working in a private sector company in Mumbai. Her pension case was pending for clearance and she was following the case, in the mean while she got married to me. Her name, address, Aadhaar card details and Pan card details got changed after marrying with me. However she did not inform this information to pension office as the case was in process and she thought that whole case may get jumbled and settlement get prolonged. She also decided that once the pension gets settled she will inform the office about the change and then every thing will be set right. After lot of efforts her pension case was cleared with old name and she started getting pension on her old name and with old Aadhaar card and Pan number in the bank account with old details . In the original application her old address was quoted hence pension office told that at least for the period of one year she will have to get pension on old details only. so she gave the old address and old bank account number of bank with old name. After one year she wanted to know about the details but suddenly her pension was stopped and now we do not know whom to approach.
