Hall Tickets For Nursing Post In AP IMS

Instructions to Candidates :
1. Candidates are requested to be available at the centre at least 30 minutes before start of examination.
2. Please get two blue ball point pens and one HB pencil.
3. Candidates will not be allowed into the examination hall after 10:15 AM and candidates cannot leave the examination hall 15 minutes before the end of examination.
4. Candidates are requested to verify their personal details in the hall ticket and make any required corrections in the attendance sheet that is provided in the examination hall.
5. This hall ticket must be preserved till the recruitment process is completed.
6. This hall ticket must be presented to the supervising officer at the test centre.
7. Candidates without valid hall ticket will not be allowed to appear for the screening test.
8. Signature of the candidate in the hall ticket, attendance sheet and OMR answer sheet must match that in the application form.
9. No travelling expenses will be paid for the journey for appearing the screening test.
10. Mobile phones, cameras, or other electronic gadgets are not allowed inside the exam venue. Candidates possessing the items, whether in “ON” or “OFF” mode will be prosecuted as per law and names of such candidates shall not be considered for recruitment.
11. Violation of any instructions or indulging in any malpractices shall render the candidates liable for cancellation of his/her answer booklet and forfeiture of his/her claim for appearing in the screening test. The decision of the chief supervisor of the examination will be final in all these matters.
