Superintendent of Police/ Assistant Commandant of Police, OR a Competent Officer from the above organizations and Watch & Ward or Security Service of any Govt. or autonomous organization or PSU who has served at least 5 years in the PB-2 (?9300-34800) with Grade Pay of ?4200, or above.
