Job Description
A. Inspection activities
1. Assisting in preparation and approving of QAP and Inspection procedures.
2. Review / Approval of quality documentations as required.
3. Inspection of material as per the details furnished in QAP & Drawings.
4. Stage insp. during fabrication / Machining and final insp. as per approved QAP / Drawings.
B. Expediting activities
1. Submission of Progress Report giving necessary information of bottlenecks / hold-ups & expediting at suppliers location.
2. Expediting for on time material delivery, from sub vendors.
3. Regular interaction, co-ordination, meetings with Client representative on progress of the project.
C. Quality System development
1. Developing new vendors in fabrication for welding quality, welding qualification, welder qualification.
2. Developing quality documents like QAP / ITP, Welding & Testing plan with reference to client specification, developing reporting structures & guiding for inspection methodology.
3. Compilation of Quality document dossier as per Client requirement / Data sheet.
4. Vendor assessment as per client requirements / system.

Experience with organizations engaged in fabrication & assembly. Having exposer to QA/QC/NDT/ Production/Planning/ Welding.
