All posts(Except Office Assistant) : Only Merit Basis
Office Assistant : By Merit & Interview Process.

Qualification :
1. Doctor (DHH-SNCU) : MBBS preferably having experience of working in pediatric ward for 2 yrs. Though MD(Pediatrics)/DCH are preferable.

2. Doctor(RTI & STI) at DHH : MBBS with from recognized university with MCI registration. PG Degree/Diploma in Dermatology or O&G is preferable.

3. Staff Nurse : Must have passed in General Nursing & Midwifery/any pther higher degree in Nursing from any 3 Govt. Nursing School of 3 Medical Colleges/ School of Nursing MCL Talcher/IGH Rourkela & Other recognized private institutions and must have registered with the Odisha Nursing Council.
