Introduction and description :
The experience I have gained working with various welding electrode manufacturing companies gives me the confidence that I shall be able to efficiently take care of the functioning of a welding electrode manufacturing unit.
I have been working with various Welding Electrodes manufacturing companies and have an experience of over 33 years in this field. I have been with electrode manufacturing units in Bangalore (India) for over 27 years.
I have been able to gain extensive knowledge about electrode manufacturing as a result of which, right from sourcing the raw materials required for manufacturing electrodes, till final dispatch of finished electrodes could be undertaken.
As in-charge of electrode production, I could gain valuable experience in electrode manufacturing process. My responsibilities include;

a) Receive, record and process orders for execution.
b) Production planning.
c) Procurement of raw materials.
d) Store and issue raw materials based on the production needs.
e) Maintain records of incoming raw materials and consumption thereof,
f) Oversee electrode production.
g) Maintain records of finished products.
h) Documentation and dispatch of electrodes.
