Applications are invited from Indian Nationals for the following positions. The faculty posts are for appointment on contract/deputation /lien/ regular basis as per AICTE rules and the non faculty posts are on contract basis.

A) Faculty position :
1. Name of the post : PROFESSOR

Qualification : These posts are in the AICTE prescribed qualification experience and age criteria with pay scales and carry allowance and other benefits as per the AICTE/MHRD rules and regulations as applicable at Malda.

(B) Non-Faculty positions :
1.Name of the post : ASSISTANT LIBRARIAN
Np. of post : 01 (One)
Age : Upper limit is below 40 years
Qualification : Master Degree in Library Science/ Information Science with at least 55% marks with 2 years experience in appropriate field / level.
Desirable : knowledge of computers and qualifying in the national level test conducted for the purpose by the UGC or any other similar agency approved by the UGC.

2.Name of the post : TECHNICAL ASSISTANT
No. of post : 03 (Three)
Department : Technical Assistant, one each for Mechanical, Electrical, and Food Processing Technology
Age : Upper limit is below 35 years
Qualification : 3 years Diploma course or equivalent in relevant trade of Engineering/Technology from a recognized Board or Certificate Course in relevant trade of Engineering/Technology from an ITI and with professional / industrial experience of 5 years in relevant field after acquiring the minimum qualification.
Desirable : Knowledge of Computer for all disciplines, experience in laboratory/workshop of a University or reputed Institute or similar job will be preferable.

3.Name of the post : UDC /CASHIER
No. of post : 01 (One)
Age : Upper limit is below 35 years
Qualification :
i) Graduate with 2 years of experience in maintaining cash, Banking work in a reputed organization preferably in an education institution.
ii) Knowledge of computer in office applications and applications like accounting software, maintenance of cash book etc.
iii) Good communication skill

4.Name of the post : LDC cum TYPIST
No. of post : 03 (Three)
Age : Upper limit is below 30 years
Qualification :
i) Matriculation (Class-X pass) or equivalent qualification from a recognized Board.
ii) Typing speed of 30 WPM in English.
iii) Working knowledge of computer.
